Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be sure to make things right.
What about refunds or returning a damaged portrait?
Because all our portraits are customized artworks we do not offer refunds on purchases. We use only the best quality materials and printers and use sturdy packaging materials to protect your special portrait. However, if your design arrives damaged in any way, all you have to do is clearly photograph the damaged part of the print and email the photo to us at email@example.com. We will reprint and send you a new one. The same delivery timeframe applies.
